OSIRIS
the 'Great Benefactor of Humanity'
OSIRIS, the 'Great Benefactor of Humanity', was the legendary leader of pre-dynastic Egypt who brought agriculture and civilisation to the people. Osiris symbolises the creative forces of nature and the durability of life.
By ruling through kindness and persuasion, Osiris came to be identified with great creativity, resurrection and rejuvenescence—of those part of nature equipped with the power of renewing itself.
The Djed Pillar—a powerful symbol of Osiris (and our logo)—represents sturdiness, stability and the ability of the spirit to break free of its earthly bonds and rise toward heaven. The 4 stylised swirled bars represent water, air, fire and earth. The Djed Pillar symbolises the backbone of true civilisation!

Organisational Change & Transition |
|
With our clients, we develop appropriate interrelated and integrated processes and activities to ensure alignment across both the rational, and non-rational fields of organisational transformation. Our interventions are longitudinal, sustainable, and continually assessed for congruence across organisational cultural and strategic environments, thereby maximising long-term goal achievement. We ensure that wherever possible, all stakeholders are actively engaged in the design, development and delivery of change and transition initiatives, specifically designed to allow people to develop meaning around the changed organisation in terms of why the change is occurring, the activities they will be required to perform, where they will be situated, who they will work with and who they will interact with. |
