Performance and relational coaching focuses on defined and balanced personal and business outcomes. These are challenging and empowering relationships where clients are coached to “take the brakes off” performance as well as step up to the challenge of operating at greater levels of effectiveness and self-care.

Team coaching and team development processes have the added dynamics of group process tools being shared and applied with peers as one-to-one relationships and performance issues are addressed and accumulated to benefit and transform the entire team. These are capacity building projects where teams develop their abilities to coach within themselves for greater individual and team performance.

Most coaching relationships are formed out of an identified need from larger interventions we are engaged in with client groups, rather than a significant stand-alone ‘service’ . (eg. Leadership Development; Strategy Development, etc.) In this way, the coaching process is seamlessly blended with the intent behind the larger process.
