Lawry's work background spans over 25 years industrial experience in both large and small organisations.
In particular, Lawry has spent considerable time in multinationals, giving him a unique breadth of understanding of the strategic link between organisational goals and its people systems.
A Psychologist, Sociologist and Human Resource and Development practitioner, he has held operational and senior strategic roles in his field of expertise, with a key focus on Organisational Culture Change, and Leader Development.
